So what can you do get better results in your business and life this year?

The answer is; Goal setting, choosing great goals writing them down and giving our very best to achieve them no matter what.

One of the biggest problems most business owners face today is the fact that they don’t have clearly defined goals. They do not have clear direction…
To get anywhere in business or life you must have a vision, a vision is to have a goal, a place where you want to go. Until you know what you want, you can NEVER achieve success.

Why should we set goals?

Goal setting is an important part of starting and growing a small business. In fact, goal setting can play an important role in many different parts of your business, from starting a business to marketing to sales and succession planning.

Goals setting provide:

  • direction gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. They give you a clear way to measure your progress.
  • Help you focus and to organise your time and resources so that you can make the very most of your time and life.                                                                                                                                                                 We know that all successful business-people and achievers in all fields set goals. You can be successful too!

The question is…

Are you committed to your goals and dreams?

Do you really want to achieve your goals and dreams?

There is big difference and why this is important because, if you find this truly interesting, you will do what’s convenient to do …
But if you COMMITTED you will do whatever it takes to achieve it …

You see because if you are interested you will only do what’s convenient for you, you believe the stories, excuses, conditions and you continue to be a victim of your current reality and circumstances. You will come up with all the reasons why you can’t achieve those goals and that’s what you will be focusing on, Often we say… I set up a business and see what happen; if you have this attitude you are only interested in not committed

But the big difference is if you are COMMITTED you will start today
You will let go of your stories, your excuses, your reasons why you‘re not achieving your goals right now.
If you committed to achieving your: financial, relationship, business and health goals. You will upgrade your knowledge and your skills. If you committed, you show up every day and figured out how you can achieve your goals and dreams and why you must versus why you can’t and why you won’t

A person who achieves goals and dreams takes consistent daily, weekly, monthly action towards achieving those goals and they don’t allow their stories and circumstances to hold them back

They are COMMITTED to achieving their goals and dreams no matter what! That is the attitude that is the mindset that you have to have to do whatever it takes to get results you want and achieve your goals and dreams

So are you committed to achieving your goals to make this year your best year ever?

If you are committed here is what I want you to do:

Take a piece of paper

Write down one main goal for every area of your life: Business, Relationship, Finance, Health

Next, write down WHEN you will achieve each goal by…(set deadline)

Then, write down three ACTION steps you can take right now in order to ensure you achieve your goals
Ask yourself: What do I need to learn?
What do I need to believe?
What do I need to do to ensure I achieve my goals? (Make a list of every little thing you can do to achieve your goals)

Write all those things in your diary with the time you going to complete. If you do that for each of your goals, you will be able to focus on the goal you want to achieve.

And take action every day – ideas are worthless unless you act on them, so do something every day towards your goals

By doing this you are going to be the type of person that achieve dreams and goals versus the person who hopes, prays and wishes that their goals and dreams become reality…

So here are again the proven steps to goal setting to get what you want, you must:

  • have a specific goal
  • write down your goal
  • have a specific time in which to achieve your goal
  • develop a plan to achieve your goal
  • take action daily towards achieving them
