Easy steps to control your brain
You need to release these toxic negative thoughts and negative feelings so you can take control of your life
Step 1. First, write down the doubts, fears, feelings and uncertainties affecting your life and business right now.
This is one of the best and neurologically proven ways to resolve the emotional power they have over you.
E.g. “I’m afraid I won’t make enough money this year” or “I’m not good enough.” Or “I’m not smart enough”
Step 2. Now read each negative thought out loud. Listen to each one.
Notice how it makes you FEEL, Do you feel the growing anxiety?
Imagine what your life would look like in 10 years from now if you keep on believing these thoughts?
Step 3. Next, reframe each negative thought as a positive declaration, like this:
e.g. “I KNOW I have ALL I need to make ALL the money I want RIGHT NOW and I deserve it.
Can you feel the difference?
Now say each one of them out loud 4 or 5 times.
Hearing yourself repeat these positive declarations embeds them deep into your subconscious mind and your brain will begin to access these new thoughts first, leaving the old negative ones inactive.
Ask yourself, which one feels better? the positive or negative ones?
